I haven't felt that since Faire Gallery Café closed in 2012.

Art on the walls. Music in the room. People from every community crossing paths in one space. You didn't need an invite. You just walked in. That place was special. If you were there, you know. I've been chasing that feeling ever since, through yoga, through sound baths, through Highly Meditated. But moments come and go.

I.V.Y. is that place, rooted in culture, powered by purpose, and built for us.

These are real gatherings I've hosted in this building, sound baths, yoga, community, waterfront light. I.V.Y. is where this finds its permanent home.

The Origin

I've been studying for this the whole time

Seven years in studios, galleries, schools, and community centers. Renting spaces for my own events. Everywhere I went, I was paying attention.

What I kept seeing was untapped potential. Beautiful spaces sitting quiet between events. I knew mine had to be different, a space that stays alive, morning into night, with something for everyone who walks in.

Phase 1 · The 50 Seeds
Keys in Hand
50 Seeds × $200 = $10,000. Secures the space, deposit, first month, and the minimum build-out to open the doors. Yoga mats on the floor, coffee and a kettle on the counter, the equipment we need to start.

Phase 2 · Build the Rhythm
Building
Launch the weekly rhythm, co-working, MIND MELD Thursdays, yoga, sound healing, workshops, and gallery events. The space fills with community, and the community sustains it.

Phase 3 · Expand the Ecosystem
Solidifying
Add corporate wellness, stronger production, maker lab access, livestream subscriptions, and larger partnerships. I.V.Y. stands on its own, not a space that survives, a space that lives.
