They are available for individual one-on-one sessions, in small-med groups, or convenient virtual formats, allowing you to choose the setting that works best for you.

  • Allow the calming sounds from our beautiful singing bowls to balance your nervous system. Experience the gentle vibrations and peaceful atmosphere during our sound baths, created in partnership with local studios dedicated to wellness. These sessions are also available as an addition to your individual sessions or small to medium groups.

  • Offer your team stress relief, clarity, and focus through yoga, meditation, and sound healing. We’ve led sessions at Starbucks HQ, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and other forward-thinking orgs.

  • I.V.Y. Wellness offers niche alternatives to traditional yoga or sound bath sessions. These healing experiences are designed for curious humans and stressed-out souls. From Highly Meditated, our plant enhanced yoga to Serenity Floats, our floating sound bath experience. Each session helps relax your body, reset your nervous system, and reconnect you with what matters.
